Directions to Three Pines Lodging
From the East... Get on I-40 and head West. Get off at Exit 27 (onto 23/74). You will only be able to go the one direction. Follow the signs for Highway 19 and Maggie Valley. Get off at Exit 103 (Maggie Valley Exit - Highway 19). Again, you will only be able to go the one direction. This road will bring you directly into town. You will go through two stop lights. After the second stop light, we are about 3½ miles ahead on your left -- directly across from Guayabito's Mexican Restaurant and next to the Market Square Strip mall.
From the West... Get on I-40 and head East. Get off at Exit 20 (Highway 276). Go South for about 6 miles until you come to a stop light. Turn right, and we are about 3½ miles ahead on your left -- directly across from Guayabito's Mexican Restaurant and next to the Market Square Strip mall.
From the South... Make your way to Highway 23/74. Go North to Waynesville, and get off at Exit 102 B (Maggie Valley Exit - Highway 276.) Continue North on 276 to the light. Turn left (Highway 19) and go through another stop light. After this light, we are about 3½ miles ahead on your left -- directly across from Guayabito's Mexican Restaurant and next to the Market Square Strip mall.
If you are coming via Cherokee or the Blue Ridge Parkway, just get on Highway 19 to Maggie Valley. As you come into town, you will see Ghost Town in the Sky on your left -- we are 1 mile further on the right.
Once you get into Maggie Valley, we are off of Soco Road (Highway 19) on Lewis Lane. Coming from the Asheville/Waynesville direction, come into town until you see Guayabito's Mexican Restaurant on the right, and Market Square Strip Mall on the left. Just after Market Square, you will see our sign (Three Pines Lodging) on the left. Turn left directly after this sign. Follow this road up, it makes a couple curves (see map.) Follow it until you come to a brick building, and you will see another sign for Three Pines telling you to turn right. Turn right and follow this road up the hill to the next level. (Beacon Properties is right in front of you, and this is NOT the right building.) When you get up to the next level, you will see the brick building that is our motel. The office is in the far corner, where the building makes an "L" shape.
