Rates for Rooms at Three Pines Lodging: Lower Level: All rooms are spacious with Refrigerator, Microwave, and Coffee Pot. They come with either a King bed or 2 Double beds. Rates are based on 2 persons. Extra persons are $5 each in the double rooms only. A coin operated laundry room is also located on the premises. Upper Level: These are Studio Apartments. Each unit has a Queen bed, a small sofa, a small kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a small oven with 2 burners atop. The units are equipped with cooking and eating utensils. Rates for Studios: Sunday through Thursday: $59 a night plus tax. Friday and Saturday: $99 a night plus tax. Weekly rate: $350 plus tax. Monthly rate: $700 plus tax. |
